Sports Premium

The Government allocate schools in the UK a sports premium allowance.  This exists to enhance the sports provision in each class and to ensure that each child has their minimum two hours per week of allocated PE.

Our PE subject lead has been busy organising lots of things that each year group can benefit from, including:

• Enhanced resources

• Specialist sports coaching and teaching from Bounce & Beat and Fitt4Kids

• Tailored PE days and workshops

• Local competitive events

• An exciting PE curriculum which encourages children to take part in a wide variety of games and activities

• Swimming (including top-up sessions) and water safety
